“I started attending body transformation camps at Xercise4Less at the end of 2018 after I saw holiday pictures of myself and it hit home how much weight I had gained.”
“My main downfall has always been ‘comfort’ eating, especially when stressed. I would eat chocolate, crisps and all the other usual suspects.”
Following this realisation, Jay sought help from a Personal Trainer to get his fitness journey started and give him the guidance to start losing the weight he wanted to.
“With the help of my PT’s and other members of the group, I was able to change my attitude to food by tracking my calories in the gym’s food app. I didn’t follow any fad diets, but simply stuck to a calorie deficit and was sensible with the amount of ‘treats’ I allowed myself in a week.”
