Here’s a step-by-step process to help members to gain easier access to the new X4L Fitness On-Demand Platform when using a computer, laptop or tablet. This platform is now where members book onto Live Stream classes, watch On-Demand classes and PT Workout videos.


Step 1:

Go to the URL: Once you land on this page, you’ll see this screen. To book onto a Live Stream class from here, you have two options. You can either scroll through the classes by using the arrows on the right hand side or click onto ‘timetable’ in the right hand corner and scroll through the classes there.

Step 2:

Once you’ve found a class you’re interested in, click book.

Step 3:

This will direct you to a sign up page. If you haven’t used the Fitness On-Demand platform before, you need to sign up using the form on this page. If you’ve visited the Fitness On-Demand platform before, click ‘sign in here’ at the top of the page instead.

Step 4:

Once you’ve signed up/in, you’ll be redirected to the home page. Search for the class that you originally wanted to attend and click ‘book’ again. Once completed, you should receive a confirmation email from

Step 5:

To book onto a On-Demand class from the homepage, simply scroll down the page until you’ve found a category or class that you’re interested in* and simply class on the one you want to watch. Once you’re signed in, you’ll be able to access this class instantly or refer back to it whenever you like.

*Our categories include High Energy, Mind & Body, Dance , Toning & Conditioning and Personal Trainer Workouts.
