Having a consistent workout and fitness plan has helped Chesterfield member Beth Whithorn stay on track of her target of ten stone weight loss. Understandably, this has been a long battle for Beth, and she has endured many ups and downs along the way.
Beth usually participates in a weights session at the gym, as she believes that delivered better results for her. However, she also goes on the treadmill to help improve her cardiovascular fitness as well as targeted weight loss.
“I feel that mostly weights work best for me as I feel that’s where I started noticing the results. An average gym session would consist of 10 minutes on the treadmill at the highest incline followed by an arms, legs and bum or back workout.”
