Our gyms allow you to try lots of different workouts and types of training. As an initial challenge, you could spend an extra 10 minutes on the treadmill, reach for the slightly heavier dumbbells, or, try one of the many fitness classes we run. Setting yourself small challenges regularly will only result in positive results.
